We don’t offer firing services, however there are studios in Denver who do! We provide a resource guide with your wheel to help you find a place to fire your pieces.
-
We schedule drop-offs and pickups on Mondays. However, we are willing to work with you to find a day that works for you!
-
We need at least 2 weeks advance to make sure we have everything you need for your rental and any add on packages!
-
No problem! We’re happy to choose a public meet-up spot so everyone is comfortable!
-
Don’t worry! We offer an add on intro lesson to help you get started! Additionally, every wheel rental comes with a printed guide with all the resources you’ll need - where to fire your pieces, where to buy more clay, where to get glazes, etc!
-
We deliver to Denver and Boulder locations. If you live outside of that, we can arrange a meet up spot in Denver!
-
Woohoo! We’re so happy you love your wheel and want to keep using it. Just let us know, and we’ll work out a monthly payment system.
-
We’ll do the heavy lifting! We ask that you wipe down your wheel after each use and collect any leftover clay (even clay-muddied water) in the bucket. We’ll deep clean it when you return it!
-
We are constantly rotating our wheels out, so please let us know if you’re interested! We’ll add you to our waitlist and reach out as soon as there’s an availability.
-
We ask for a $200 deposit to cover any damages to our wheel or tools. However, if everything comes back in good shape you’ll get a refund for the full deposit!
-
If the wheel malfunctions or isn’t working properly when we drop it off, let us know asap! We’ll either switch out your wheel or give you a refund if there are no additional wheels available.
